How long does a typical photo shoot last?
The photo shoot can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the services ordered.
When and how are the Drone images taken?
How much advance notice is required to book a photo session for a real estate listing?
We may be able to book a same-day appointment depending on our schedule. Although we appreciate 24 to 48 hours advance notice.
Do you deliver every image you shoot?
We work with all the images taken and will send you the amount of photographs you have ordered.
Do you provide the RAW files?
No, we never provide the RAW files. We work with them to create and produce the final product.
Does the realtor or homeowner need to be present for the entire shoot?
No, we are comfortable working alone but also with the clients present, if that is preferred.
We are able to produce much better results when distractions are limited at the home, that is why we always ask to our clients to keep all children and pets out of the way during the appointment.
Will you do staging during the shoot?
We don't do staging during the shoot. We do not want to be responsible for broken or damaged items that might be caused from moving items in residential homes. Our focus is on finding the best angles, lighting and composition to take great images, that's why we always ask our clients to ensure that the property is clean and free from clutter, as this makes the photographs look more appealing. The property will be shot as is!
How do you capture Aerial Images and Videos?
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Our turnaround time is 48 to 72-hours following the conclusion of the photoshoot. In certain cases you may have paid for the 24-hour delivery. In that case, all images will be ready and delivered to you no later than 24 hours after the photo shoot has taken place, or sometimes sooner.
How do I receive my images?
We will send you a link to a private gallery where you will be able to download the images.
What days and times are you available?
We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 7:30pm.
Do you touch up all the images that you deliver?
Yes we do; Every image is a result of a professional and detailed editing process.
How do I pay you?
What is your policy on cancellations?
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. For reasons other than weather, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged if a scheduled shoot is canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour window. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling. Any cancellation within 2 hours of the shoot or once the Photographer has arrived will be subject to 100% of the package amount.
